Life should have a scoreboard, but not too many numbers. Kind of like baseball, you have Runs, Hits, Home Runs, Runs Batted In, Batting Average, and On Base Percentage. Yeah, there’s more, but those are the main ones. Check in with Billy Beane if you must.
Two of my numbers are BMI (Body Mass Index) and my 5k time. My BMI should be sub 24.5 and my 5k run should be sub 30 minutes. These are like lines in the sand for me, when I’ve gone higher, I’m risking fat and slow.
