You might be tempted to not have meetings with your team, especially when challenges are prolific and money is tight, but don’t do it. If you’ve set a regular meeting with your team, there is a reason you did it, you were thinking clearly at the time.
I can’t say enough about having regular meetings. Even though our team is #micro, having regular meetings keeps morale high and helps us be efficient.
